The following description and projections were based on a very similar concept that was proposed in Asheville NC. The main purpose here is to exhibit the types, sizes, uses and patron, customer, visitor projections. It should be noted that the visitor projections were based on a much smaller population area and takes into account that most of the visitors were out of the main area. With a similar project being built here in Palm Beach County on city land well the numbers can easily be conservatively doubled.
